	Jim Nicolaisen President/CEO Jim graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Oregon, and earned his Certified Property Manager designation in 1982 from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is a past Board Member of Metro Multifamily Housing Association and currently serves on the Board of Self Enhancement Institute.
	Craig McConachie Executive Vice President, Property Management Craig attended the University of Oregon. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Oregon and received his Certified Property Manager designation in 1989 from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He was President of Metro Multifamily Housing Association in 1996 and currently serves as a Board Member.
	Don Maltase Executive Vice President Principal Broker Don is a graduate of Portland State University. He is a Licensed Principal Broker in the States of Oregon and Washington. Don served as President of the Commercial Association of Realtors® and was recipient of the prestigious Realtor of the Year Award from his peers.
